TERMS: We accept Master Card, Visa, COD, Check with order, Bank wire transfer.

PRICES: All orders are subject to acceptance by Promax at the prices in effect at time of shipping. Prices are subject to change without notice.

MINIMUM ORDER: USD $50.00

FREIGHT TERMS: All shipments are F.O.B. our warehouse. Title to the products shall pass upon delivery to the carrier at the point of shipment. If special routing or expedited transportation is required, the additional expense will be assumed by the customer.

FREIGHT DAMAGE: It is the responsibility of the consignee to check the shipment for damage and file a claim with the carrier. Promax responsibility for delivery of goods ends when it obtains a signed bill of lading from the local carrier at time of pickup at our warehouse.

RETURN GOODS: Prior authorization is required in order to return merchandise. When so authorized, transportation charges are to be prepaid back to us. A 20% restocking charge applies. Invoice copies must accompany all requests for returns. No returns on merchandise after three months.

WARRANTY: All products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for three months. This does not apply to any products which have been misused, abused, dropped or altered in any way, or worn out from use. Prior authorization required for warranty returns. Warranty is limited to the original purchaser only. Liability under all warranties, express or implied, shall be limited to replacement or credit of the product value only.

PRODUCT WARNING: Eye protection and other safety equipment must always be used when using any instruments or tools - Tool may shatter when using.
